Clarion Campus Ministry's Mission

Mission Statement

It is the mission of Catholic Campus Ministry at Clarion University to spark and enrich the faith of all members of the university community through meaningful liturgical, intellectual, and social experiences. A primary focus of its efforts is to provide university students with a multifaceted experience of adult Catholic life. The diverse atmosphere of a public university offers both challenges and opportunities with regard to the formation of Catholics who will one day be active participants in the life of society. Toward that end Catholic Campus Ministry strives to form integrated individuals who appreciate the lived tradition of the Catholic Church, who seek theological insight through a commitment to life-long learning, and who seek to contribute positively to the moral life of society.

Ecumenical Ministry

The mission of Campus Ministry also includes the support of students of all faiths and provides them a place of prayer and meeting.
